We offer exchange. But if any exchange products not available in stock the customer need to wait for re-stocking or customer can request for refund.

Shipping time we check every product very carefully but sometime this thing happened by carrier. If you receive damage or defective products, try to reject or contact us within 5 days of the damage of defective items. We immediately take action.

We offer guest-purchase that means without registration customer can purchase from our website. But this return and refund policy also apply to the guest-purchase.
